Meet your Jake of all Trades

Hi, I’m Jake Williams, owner of HomeSkilled Custom Remodels. I’ve been building and fixing things my entire life. What began as tinkering with my dad’s tools and getting my own tool set at seven, grew into a 25-year career spanning automotive, remodeling, and construction work.

Over the years, my wife and I have completed multiple home renovations, including full additions, complete tear-downs, and historic restorations. I also managed the renovation of a 159,000-square-foot 1927 school building, bringing it up to modern standards while preserving its original character.

Today, I bring decades of hands-on experience, creative problem-solving, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship to every project. Now based in Star, Idaho, I’m proud to serve homeowners throughout the Boise metro area and the Treasure Valley with reliable remodeling and home improvement services. My goal is simple: to turn houses into homes with skill, care, and attention to detail. I’m excited to bring that same dedication to your next home improvement project.
